Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for executive decision-making
- Develop automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and written reports
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality assurance processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python
