Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and business metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and implement tracking solutions
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and troubleshoot operational issues
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in deadline-driven environments
