Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities and risks
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design and implement automated data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Present findings through clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize marketing and product strategies
- Maintain documentation of data models and analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of progressive data analytics experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with hypothesis testing
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business narratives
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
