Responsibilities
- Perform Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, correlations, and business opportunities.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate regular performance reports and ad-hoc analyses to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Data Quality: Implement data governance practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across the organization.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with operations teams to optimize workflows based on data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Excel for advanced data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong experience creating visualizations in Tableau or Power BI.
- Programming: Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data to senior leadership.
