Your Role
As a Data Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between our data and our business stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, building visualizations, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Advanced Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel to visualize trends and performance metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and outliers that inform business decisions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and insights to management and cross-functional teams in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data efficiently from relational databases.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a remote or hybrid environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI is required).
- Programming: Strong coding skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills to translate technical data into business value.
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and experience with ETL tools.
