- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Perform statistical analysis to support business forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Document data processes and create clear, concise executive summaries for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency through data-driven insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) for querying and data extraction.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and VBA/Macros.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
