Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Query large datasets using SQL to extract, clean, and transform data for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical models.
- Generate regular reports and executive summaries that communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy across all reporting systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation (PostgreSQL, MySQL preferred).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong Excel skills including advanced functions and pivot tables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data findings effectively.
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
