Responsibilities
- Collect and Clean Data: Gather raw data from various sources and perform rigorous cleaning and preprocessing to ensure accuracy.
- Advanced Analytics: Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that summarize key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to management.
- Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve data efficiently and support data warehousing efforts.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Relational databases), Python or R, and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Visualization Tools: Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization software.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote setting.
