Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) with a high degree of precision.
- Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
- Verify discrepancies in data and correct errors as needed.
- Organize and file digital and physical documents in an efficient manner.
- Perform regular audits of entry logs to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Communicate effectively with the remote team to clarify data requirements.
- Meet daily and weekly data entry volume targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service is preferred.
- Proven typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private workspace.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without supervision.
