- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve data-related issues.
- Perform routine data backups and ensure data security protocols are followed.
- Update existing customer and product information in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
