In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our digital databases with precision and efficiency, ensuring that our client information is up-to-date and accurate.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and company data into various database systems and spreadsheets.
- Verify the accuracy of entered data and correct any errors or discrepancies immediately.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Communicate with team members and clients via email to clarify data requirements.
- Assist in generating weekly reports and data summaries as requested by management.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fast typing speed with high accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
