- Perform regular backups and file maintenance to ensure system security and accessibility.
- Communicate effectively with the morning operations team to resolve any data anomalies immediately.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and confidentiality protocols throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in data entry, transcription, or administrative support preferred.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50 WPM).
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
