Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company data into centralized databases.
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information; correct as necessary.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval.
- Communicate with team leads to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity targets with 99% accuracy.
- Assist in the digitization of legacy paper records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
