Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Data Entry Clerk to manage and update our company databases, transcribe documents accurately, and maintain organized digital records. This is a full-time position requiring a high level of concentration and typing proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data into company databases and CRM systems with high accuracy.
- Review and correct errors in data entry to ensure information integrity.
- Organize digital files and documents for easy retrieval and management.
- Transcribe handwritten notes and audio recordings into digital formats.
- Assist in data cleaning and formatting tasks as required by management.
- Communicate effectively with team members via email and messaging platforms.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity targets for data entry volume.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in data.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work without direct supervision.
