Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data into various database systems and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.
- Verify and cross-reference data to ensure completeness and correctness.
- Organize and digitize physical documents for remote filing.
- Review and process incoming forms, applications, and invoices.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to minimize errors.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors via email and messaging platforms.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or prior administrative experience is preferred.
