Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Entry: Input, verify, and update customer and company information into various digital databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.
- Document Management: Scan, proofread, and convert physical documents into digital formats (PDF, Word) ensuring quality standards are met.
- Database Maintenance: Regularly audit data for inconsistencies, errors, or missing information and correct them immediately.
- Customer Support: Respond to data-related inquiries and assist team members with administrative data tasks.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client data at all times.
- Reporting: Generate basic reports on data entry metrics and productivity to assist management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a similar role is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Docs.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 40-50 WPM with high accuracy.
- Internet: High-speed, stable internet connection required for remote work.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and maintain data consistency.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
