Responsibilities

- Verify and correct data discrepancies found in existing records to ensure data integrity.

- Organize and file digital and physical documents according to established filing protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of regular data reports, summaries, and inventory lists.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the team via email or messaging platforms to clarify data requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in data entry, typing, or general office administration.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
