Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large datasets in company CRM and ERP systems
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process and reconcile source documents with digital records
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data inconsistencies
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and data security standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
