- Verify and cross-reference data to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process confidential client information with strict adherence to HIPAA/GDPR protocols
- Generate daily/weekly data quality reports for management review
- Collaborate with team members via Slack and virtual meetings
- Train on proprietary data management tools during onboarding
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of professional data entry experience
- Minimum 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 95% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
