Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and update confidential data across multiple CRM and database systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transaction records while maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA and GDPR protocols
- Perform daily data audits, reconciliation, and anomaly detection using SQL and Excel tools
- Generate and distribute weekly performance reports to department stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and implement process improvements
- Train on proprietary data management platforms and maintain system documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in data management preferred
- 3+ years of professional data entry experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables), Google Workspace, and database systems
- Minimum typing speed of 65 WPM with 0.5% error rate
- Familiarity with data encryption standards and confidentiality protocols
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision across time zones
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms strongly preferred
