- Perform data validation to ensure 99.9% accuracy against source documents
- Process high-volume transactions while meeting daily productivity targets
- Generate daily and weekly performance reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and company information
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for data handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
