- Perform data validation to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process invoices, contracts, and other documents with precision
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available for 20-30 hours/week with flexible scheduling
