- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding data discrepancies.
- Perform regular audits of entered data to maintain quality control standards.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection required.
