- Process high-volume transactions while meeting daily productivity targets
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly data integrity reports
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary software for data processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven 10,000+ keystrokes per minute with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Strong written communication skills for report generation
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
