Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets in proprietary CRM systems
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks with 99.5% accuracy target
- Process high-volume transactional records while meeting daily productivity benchmarks
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly performance reports using Excel and Google Sheets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to strict HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Train on new software tools and data processing methodologies quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications
- Associate's degree in Information Management or equivalent certification
- Proven ability to maintain 99.5% data accuracy under tight deadlines
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
