Responsibilities

- Process high-volume transactions and documents within SLA deadlines
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance checks
- Generate and analyze reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Optimize data entry workflows through continuous process improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified data entry experience (remote preferred)
- Typing speed of 65+ WPM with 98%+ accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and database tools
