- Perform data validation and quality checks to maintain 99.9% accuracy standards
- Process and reconcile daily transaction reports with precision
- Generate weekly data integrity reports and flag discrepancies for review
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive business information
- Collaborate with Charlotte-based team members on data system improvements
- Train on new data management tools and industry compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with proven accuracy records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Minimum 60 WPM typing speed with 10,000+ keysturkey accuracy
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or CRM platforms preferred
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
