Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain customer and account information into our CRM and database systems.
- Review and verify data for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies and correct them immediately.
- Digitize physical documents and convert them into searchable electronic formats.
- Organize and classify financial records and receipts to ensure proper categorization.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client data and company records.
- Assist in the generation of weekly and monthly reports based on entered data.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline data processing workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or certification in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field (minimum 1-2 years).
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40-50 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
