Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical datasets across multiple platforms
- Verify data integrity by cross-referencing source documents and digital records
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly performance reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Implement data security protocols to ensure confidential information protection
- Optimize data entry workflows using automation tools and best practices
- Train junior staff on standardized data procedures and systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven accuracy rate of 99.5%+ in data processing tasks
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) preferred
