- Process daily batch files from multiple departments using proprietary software
- Perform data quality audits and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Generate daily productivity reports with KPI tracking
- Collaborate with QA team on continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Train new hires on data management systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry (10,000+ keystrokes/hour)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce/Oracle preferred)
