Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets in proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks with 99.5%+ accuracy standards
- Process high-volume transactions while adhering to strict SLA deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Microsoft Excel
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information
- Participate in quarterly system training to optimize data handling protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven ability to maintain 99.5%+ data accuracy under time constraints
- Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM systems highly valued
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-tolerance for errors
- Self-motivated with reliable high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work 9am-5pm EST with flexible scheduling options
