Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple client databases
- Perform data verification and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly productivity reports
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive information
- Utilize provided equipment (ergonomic workstation, dual monitors, specialized software)
- Participate in quarterly process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven error rates <0.1%
- Self-motivated with ability to meet deadlines in remote setting
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (provided equipment includes router)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) a plus
