Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data across multiple client platforms
- Perform daily data validation to ensure 99.9% accuracy in all entries
- Process high-volume transactional records within strict deadlines
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- WPM typing speed of 65+ with 98% accuracy
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM data management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills for data anomaly resolution
