Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe audio/video recordings into professional text documents
- Edit and proofread transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and medical/legal terminology
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Meet daily productivity targets while ensuring 99%+ accuracy
- Utilize specialized transcription software and foot pedals efficiently
- Adhere to client-specific style guides and formatting requirements

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 75+ WPM with 98% accuracy
