Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and maintain accurate data in proprietary systems with zero tolerance for errors
- Process high-volume transactional records with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols
- Perform data quality audits and implement corrective actions for discrepancies
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly data reports using Excel and company software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data integrity issues
- Train on new data management systems and process improvements
- Maintain 99.5% data accuracy across all entry tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce or SAP preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet daily quotas
