Responsibilities

- Organize and maintain physical or electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Review and correct errors in data entry, identifying potential discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in the transcription of documents and reports with a focus on speed and precision.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding data queries and updates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or related fields.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
