Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and account information into our database systems.
- Review data for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies and correct any discrepancies immediately.
- Scan, digitize, and organize physical documents to maintain a clean and accessible digital archive.
- Transcribe data from various sources, including handwritten notes, invoices, and digital forms.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client and company data.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project updates and data issues.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure 100% data integrity before submission.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative assistance.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors in text and numbers.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
