Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company data into various digital databases and spreadsheets.
- Review and correct errors in existing records to ensure 100% data integrity and compliance.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for efficient information retrieval.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on completed data entry tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding discrepancies or missing information.
- Assist in the transcription of documents and scanning of paperwork.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and daily production quotas.
