Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update data into company databases and spreadsheets with a focus on high-speed data entry.
- Review and correct errors in data entry to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Transcribe documents and convert scanned data into digital formats.
- Assist with data analysis and generate weekly reports using Excel.
- Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and clarify requirements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (1-2 years preferred).
- Must possess a typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
