Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and account information into our secure database systems.
- Verify and correct errors in data entry to maintain high data integrity standards.
- Transcribe handwritten documents into digital text with 99% accuracy.
- Sort and file electronic records and hard copies in an organized manner.
- Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies in data entries.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks on completed data sets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or general office administration.
- Must type at least 45 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
