Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and product information into database systems with high accuracy and speed.
- Review and verify data for errors, discrepancies, or missing information before processing.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval.
- Assist in the formatting and preparation of reports and spreadsheets using MS Excel.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors via email or chat platforms.
- Perform regular backups and maintenance of local data files.

Qualifications

- Proven typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
