Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and account information into our secure database systems with 100% accuracy.
- Review and verify data for errors, discrepancies, or missing information before processing.
- Transcribe handwritten documents and digital images into digital text formats.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of records.
- Perform routine data audits and generate reports on data entry metrics.

Qualifications
