Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and company information into CRM and ERP systems with 100% accuracy.
- Review source documents for errors and correct them prior to data entry.
- Maintain and organize digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of records.
- Generate daily and weekly reports on data processing volume and quality.
- Verify discrepancies in data and coordinate with team leads to resolve issues.
- Assist in the migration of legacy data to new digital platforms.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect errors in large datasets.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
