Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain sensitive company data into secure cloud-based databases.
- Review source documents for completeness and accuracy, correcting any errors prior to entry.
- Transcribe data from physical documents or audio recordings into digital formats.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports summarizing key data metrics.
- Collaborate with the Denver-based team to resolve data discrepancies and streamline workflows.
- Manage email correspondence related to data verification requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy (90%+).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple data tasks efficiently.
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello) is preferred.
- Must reside in the Denver, CO area for mandatory quarterly in-office team building.
