Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and account information into our secure database systems.
- Review and correct data discrepancies to ensure the highest standards of data integrity.
- Perform routine data cleaning and maintenance tasks to optimize system performance.
- Transcribe information from physical documents and PDFs into digital formats.
- Organize and file digital records in a systematic manner for easy retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports based on entered data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or certification in Data Management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
