Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update client data into proprietary systems
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance checks
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports for management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards
- Train on new data management systems quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven accuracy rate of 99%+ in data processing
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- WPM of 65+ with 10-key numeric pad expertise
- Familiarity with CRM and database systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- US work authorization required
