Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data in company databases and CRM systems
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and error resolution to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process and document high-volume transactions with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and analytics dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data workflows
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining exceptional quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management tools
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) with zero errors in timed assessments
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot discrepancies in complex datasets
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and remote work discipline
- Associate degree or relevant certification in data management preferred
- Ability to work US Mountain Time hours (9 AM - 5 PM) for team collaboration
