- Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple client databases
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and analytics dashboards
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies in real-time
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Optimize data entry workflows using proprietary software tools
- Participate in quarterly process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) preferred
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting abilities
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated workspace
- Must reside in Columbus, OH or North Carolina
