Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer data, product information, and inventory details into our centralized database systems.
- Review and verify source documents for errors, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
- Perform regular backups and maintain the integrity of digital records.
- Sort, file, and organize physical or digital documents to ensure easy retrieval.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly or monthly reports based on entered data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
