Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and product information into our secure database systems with high accuracy and speed.
- Verify and correct discrepancies in data entry reports to ensure data integrity.
- Transcribe data from physical documents, emails, and digital files into digital formats.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks on completed data entries to minimize errors.
- Communicate effectively with the remote team lead regarding project status and data discrepancies.
- Organize and archive digital files and documents for easy retrieval.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, typing, or administrative support roles.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
